To initiate a refund:Contact your personal manager.

Processing and Transfer Timeframes
Request Processing: Refund requests are processed within up to 3 business days.
Transfer Time: After the request is processed, funds are transferred to your account. The transfer duration depends on your bank or payment system and may take up to 30 calendar days.
Refund Terms
Refund to Original Payment Details: Funds are returned only to the payment details used to top up the balance.
Use of Promo Codes: If a promo code was applied during the top-up, the refund amount will be reduced by the corresponding value.
