Limits enable effective management of advertising campaigns by setting restrictions on expenses, impressions, clicks, and other parameters. They help automate spending control, ensuring campaigns stay within the allocated budget and timeframe.

Available Limits

  1. Launch Period

    • Description: Defines the time frame during which the campaign will be active.

    • Example: The campaign starts on January 1 and ends on January 31. After this period, the ads will automatically stop displaying.

  2. Budget

    • Description: Sets an overall spending limit for the campaign or creative.

    • Available Parameters:

      • Total Budget: The maximum amount you are willing to spend for the entire campaign period.

      • Daily Limit: Ensures daily spending does not exceed a specified amount.

  3. Click Count

    • Description: Limits the number of clicks on ads within a campaign or for specific creatives.

    • Available Parameters:

      • Total Clicks: Sets the maximum allowable number of clicks for the entire period.

      • Daily Click Limit: Allows setting a daily click cap.

  4. Impression Count

    • Description: Sets a limit on the number of ad impressions within a campaign or specific creative.

    • Available Parameters:

      • Total Impressions: The maximum number of impressions allowed for the entire period.

      • Daily Impression Limit: Establishes a daily cap on impressions.

  5. Frequency Cap Per User

    • Description: Specifies the maximum number of ad impressions for a single user within a given time frame.

    • Available Parameters:

      • Number of impressions per user in minutes or hours.

  6. Scheduler

    • Description: Allows you to set specific time intervals for displaying ads during the day.

    • Example: Ads will only run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.

How to Set Limits

  1. Access the Campaign or Creative Settings
    In the campaign interface, open the "Limits" tab.

  2. Select the Desired Parameters

    • Set an overall budget limit or limits on clicks and impressions.

    • For campaigns: Configure a frequency cap per user or set time intervals using the scheduler.

  3. Save the Changes
    After completing the setup, click “Save” to apply the restrictions.
